remember, an accusation is no more than that, and all of us are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. we welcome the challenge of holding the state to its rigorous burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt in criminal trials.
we are experienced in evidence suppression. the state's evidence is often fruit from the poisonous tree, and as such should be ruled inadmissible by a competent judge.
many folks are tempted to take a plea when they shouldn't have to, or to take a plea that's more punitive than necessary.
