our firm represented a Texas-based investor in a disputed debt finance transaction involving a commercial loan made by an Arizona bank for a start-up business venture in Arizona. We successfully filed a motion to compel arbitration in the Arizona state court, and began the process of arbitration with the American Arbitration Association. the case was ultimately resolved on terms favorable to our client.

we have successfully filed suppression motions in criminal cases resulting in rulings evidence is inadmissible. these rulings have resulted in the dismissal of complaints filed against individuals by the state.
constitutional issues
we have dealt with a challenge to the constitutionality of a statute our client was attempting to seek protection under, and we have also successfully resolved cases where an individuals' constitutional rights have been violated by a public servant, acting under the auspices of a state, local or municipal authority.
transactional law
our firm has drafted all documentation required to establish a condominium owners associations in Texas and California, including the bylaws, the condominium declaration, the rules and regulations and sales contracts associated with the development. we have also drafted the formational documentation for a Texas non-profit corporation.
we have also conducted due dilligence for an individual investor concerning a commercial venture between two Texas partnerships where responsibility for loan financing and indemnification were points of concern.
